- Information that you submit to us for a feature via the model / artist submissions form or direct through email may or may not be published.
- We do not publish any nudity.
- By submitting information, media, photos, links or other, to us you authorize that either you own the rights to it, OR have received any and all authorization(s) necessary from any and all parties who might have ownership / copyrights.
- It is your responsibility to list or provide names of persons and / or entities that need to or should be credited.
- Requests to have your feature / article / page removed from our site can be made by emailing us to [email protected] or sending us a message through our contact form on the site.
- Since most features are put up at no charge in an effort to promote and expose the talent who submitted the information and ourselves, there may be a fee associated to grant your request of removal if and when the request is granted.
- The removal fee will never exceed $99 if there is one.
- We are not responsible for misprints, typos, errors or misinformation published to our site that originates from user submissions and make every effort to verify that the information is true and correct.
- Changes / additions, updates and new information for your feature that is already published can be implemented by sending us the requested changes via email or contact form.
- If you are not in accordance with these terms please do not use the site.
- We reserve the right to change and / or update these terms at any time and it is up to you the user to check if there has been any updates since your last visit.
